•  The number of full-time and part-time female faculty continues to increase.

• Seventy percent  (134) of the full-time faculty had a masters degree, while another 28% (53) had earned a doctoral degree.

• Of the one hundred and eighty-four full-time faculty members, in Fall 2005, 83% were White, non Hispanic.  Since 1996, the percentage of non-white faculty has increased at UCC, from 14.7% to 17.
