The I.T. Department has completed the migration to Microsoft Office 2007.  If you would like training please let us know. The I.T. Department offers a variety of sessions including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Please contact Dorothy Andrews (x7542 or andrews@ucc.edu) for additional I.T. training information.

If you are a new full time faculty/staff member, your department may provide you with a computer. Computers are standardized and so is the software that you will find on the PC.  Your College PC is supported by the Help Desk.

Information technology is vital to the mission of Union County College. Not only must the teaching and administrative components of the College reflect the growing technological character of the world, but also our students must be trained adequately to become familiar with the technologies that support their disciplines and their careers.

Administrative functions operate more efficiently when technology is deployed appropriately. In particular, instant access to student and financial aid information provides the basis for a coherent advising process and promotes student success. Access to financial and human resource information enables departments to accomplish routine tasks with speed and accuracy.

Please stop by and visit us.  We welcome your questions and comments.
