What can the Help Desk do for me?
The Help Desk provides technical assistance to faculty, staff and students. If you need assistance call Ext. 7979 in Cranford and Plainfield and Ext. 2349 in Elizabeth. You can also visit the Help Desk in Room N41A in Cranford, L201 in Elizabeth and P114A in Plainfield.
Does every student receive an email account?
Yes, every registered student received an College email account.
What is my username?
Your user name is your CWID. If you need your CWID please go to the UCC home page.
What is my default password?
Your default password is your birthday followed by Ucc.. Once you login you can reset your password to whatever you choose.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Go to the Help Desk and fill out a form. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW PHOTO I.D. BEFORE THE PASSWORD IS RESET to your default password.
What is Wireless and does UCC have wireless locations?
Wireless is a term used to describe telecommunications in which electromagnetic waves (rather than some form of wire) carry the signal over part or all of the communication path.
