- Open UCC Directory icon

Check Your Voice Mail
From your extension on-campus
- Dial 7982, then follow instructions
From any extension on-campus
- Dial 7982
Press *, then follow instructions
- From off-campus
- Dial 908-709-7982
- Press #, then follow instructions
Dial An Internal Extension on Any Campus
Lift handset and dial 4-digit extension number
Dial An "800" OR "888" Toll Free Number
Lift handset and press 8
Dial telephone number (1 + 8XX + 7 digits)
Dial A Toll Or Long Distance Number
Lift handset and dial your 7-digit telephone authorization code
Press 8
Dial telephone number (1 + area code + 7 digits)
Disconnect Current Call To Make A New Call
Press NEW CALL (or CANCEL) button, then dial new number
OR
Hang up, then dial new number
Transfer a Call to Another Extension
While on the phone with your party, press the FLASH (or TRANS/CONF) button
Dial the extension where you are going to transfer the call
You now have the option to hang-up or announce the call
When you hang-up the call will be transferred
Call Forward Your Phone
Lift handset
Dial **8
Dial the 4-digit internal extension number that you want your calls forwarded to
