To install AOL Instant Messenger on your computer, follow these steps:
     Open your browser. 
     In the address line at the top of the page, type
       http://www.aol.com/aim/ and hit Enter. 
     Click on the New Users Click Here link on the left. 
     Choose a screen name. 
     Type a password. 
     Retype your password to confirm it. 
     Type your e-mail address. 
     On the next screen, complete steps one and two. 
     When you are finished, the AOL Instant Messenger will appear on
          your screen.
