If you need to transfer your Outlook contacts or address book to another computer, you can easily do it yourself.

• Insert a disk in your A: or D: drive.  Create a folder on that disk called Address Book.
• Open Outlook.  
• Click on File/Import and Export/.
• Export to a file and choose Comma Separated Values(Windows) and  follow instructions.
• Save the file to your floppy or zip drive or your network drive.
• To access the address book from another computer, click on  File/Import and Export.
