• Student must have completed a minimum of 6 credits toward a degree
• Student must have a minimum of 2.5 GPA
• Student must be currently registered/enrolled in a credit course toward a degree
• Course(s) specified for assessment must be specified in the students chosen curriculum
• Students who need developmental work shall complete their developmental requirements before college credit for prior learning is granted
• Once a student attempts a course, the credits for that course cannot be requested for assessment of prior learning

Students applying for APL credit must attend a workshop and submit a portfolio that meets the established criteria explained in the workshop.
