Letters of invitation are sent each semester to those students who meet the qualifications of the honor society. Membership is an honor and a privilege.

Members are honored each year in the spring with a dinner at which time new members are initiated and receive certificates from the national Office. At the dinner, a scholarship is awarded to one member based on scholarship and service to the Chapter. All members have the privilege of wearing a burgundy colored shawl over their graduation gowns.
