Registration for students who enroll in the Institute for Intensive English is held before the start of each semester. At this time, they are assigned to the appropriate level course on the basis of placement testing. Enrollment is limited; continuing students are registered before new students are accepted. Before new students can register, they must file an application for admissions as early as possible, appear in person for a pretest interview appointment, and take an ESL placement test on their scheduled date.
