   Academics - Schedule Changes

Limitations on section size make it impossible for every student to arrange a schedule which will meet his/her personal conveniences in every instance. The student's academic obligation must take precedence over his/her personal commitments, including part-time jobs. Students may drop/add a scheduled class (es) prior to the 5th day of the semester by meeting with a counselor to complete the appropriate forms. Summer and Winter Session drop/add period can be 1-3 days. Review withdrawal dates for Summer & Winter Session listed in student schedule books. There is a charge for schedule changes other than those due to an error in computer input, overlapping in course hour conflicts or class cancellations. Check with the Office of Student Accounts.

EOF, Health Technology, Muhlenberg Schools of Nursing, Medical Imaging and Therapeutic Sciences and Union County College/University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey students must have schedule changes completed by the Program Advisor. Trinitas students must do all nursing course changes (NURE 131 and higher) with the Trinitas advisor.
