The Facilities Department has a new user-friendly work order system to help better serve the UCC campus community.
Creating a work order is just a point-and-click away.
Please follow these quick steps to submit a work order request:

Open College Apps, Click on Facilities, then click on Work Order Form.

Enter your UCC e-mail address and last name in the appropriate box.

For first time users: Enter the personal information requested, ie: name, phone number, e-mail. The system will create a personal user file with your information for future requests.

Enter your location, eg. Cranford, Elizabeth, etc.

Enter your building, area and room number.

Select from one of the dozen icons provided, the type of work you are requesting.

Describe your problem/request in detail. There is an option to add a purpose and available times in the case of a classroom or when appropriate.

Request a completion date.

The password is repair.

Click on submit.
You will be notified via e-mail when your work order is assigned and completed. You can also monitor the status of your requests by clicking on the My Requests tab on the main menu.
