Students enrolled for 12 or more credits are considered full-time, 6 to 11 credits half-time, and 1 to 5 credits less than half-time or part-time. Verification of enrollment must be requested in writing to the Records Office on Cranford, Elizabeth or Plainfield Campuses and are done weekly. Students who wish to change from part-time to full-time or full-time to part-time must consult with a counselor.
Enrollment Verifications are free of charge, but must be requested in writing by the student or accompanied with a student release. Financial obligations to UCC, must be paid in full to have an enrollment verification completed.
Union County College is a participant with the Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification and Degree Verify Services.
