To request an Official or Student Copy of your UCC transcript:

Students that attended Union County College may request an official transcript or an official
student copy. Each copy is $10.00*, and may take 3-5 business days upon receipt of the paid request. Visit any campus and complete a transcript request form and make payment with the Students Accounts Office. The Records Office will retrieve and process your request;

You may also copy and fax in the attached Transcript Request form with the Credit Card payment authorization form for transcripts.
Official transcripts are not faxed. However, UCC will fax a free Counseling and Advising Report, which provides the same information as transcripts, but are not official or produced in transcript detail. The Counseling and Advising Reports are only faxed upon receipt of a signed student release submitted or faxed to the Records Office: Fax # (908) 709-7131.

Mail in a letter to Union County College, 1033 Springfield Ave, Cranford, NJ 07016, attention: Transcript Request. Include your name, student identification number (social security number), and the address of where you would like it sent. Include a check or money order for $10.00 for each copy.
- Indicate if you had attended prior to 1982.
- List former name you may have attended under.

- go to www.ucc.edu click on on-line e-services
- go into student services
- click on unofficial transcripts.
Unless indicated, only student copies of transcripts are mailed to students home. Official transcripts sent to a students home are sent in a sealed envelope inside the mailing envelope. Each official transcript requested will be in a separate sealed envelope. Transcripts in sealed envelopes should not be opened by the student. If seal is broken by the student it may not be accepted by another institution /corporation and the student will have to re-request the transcript and pay the $10 fee.
If someone other than the student comes to pick up a transcript or Counseling/Advising report, they must have written permission and signed by the student to release the records.
