WHAT EVERY HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL NEEDS TO KNOW
 

Through a Skills4Jersey Grant from the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development and in partnership with the NJ Hospital Association and NJ Health Information Technology Extension Center, the Industry-Business Institute at Union County College is delivering Health Information Technology Overview Workshops that do the following:

Focus on helping hospital medical staffs and practices better understand the significant changes that are happening in Health Information Technology.

Free to all New Jersey residents currently working in the medical field.

Available as on premise workshops at employer locations.

Delivered by qualified instructors with experience in Health Information Technology.

Electronic Health Records (EHR)   
Personal Health Records (PHR)   
ICD-10
 
Current Schedule 

Requirements:
Participants must be employed for at least 20 hours a week.
Participants must provide employer name and address and an hourly wage code (see registration form).
Participants must be employed in  health care/medical profession.
