The fundamentals of college algebra, including graphs of linear equations, equations of lines, systems of equations, inequalities, the algebra of polynomials, factoring, rational expressions, radical expressions, and rational exponents. Prerequisites: A grade of “C” or higher in MAT 016 and ENG 089, or satisfactory performance on the College Basic Skills Placement Test. 3 lecture hours per week. 3 credit hours. | |
