How do I logon to WebCT online courses?
When you logon to WebCT you will first enter myWebCT, the portal for viewing all your online WebCT courses.
To get to myWebCT...
- open a compatible web browser.
- go the URL http://webct.ucc.edu.
- save the WebCT site as a favorite or bookmark
- Click on Log in to myWebCT.
Logon to WebCT...
You will need your campus wide ID (CWID) and your birthdate to log on.
The WebCT ID is your UCC CWID. Lookup your CWID
The Password is your birth date - a six digit number using your birth month, day and the last two digits of your birth year.. (mmddyy)
Example:
A student with a CWID of 12345678 and a birthday of June 2, 1991 will be able to logon to WebCT using the following:
Note: The password cannot be changed.
When will my course be available?
Courses are activated three(3) days prior to the semester start date. All courses using the WebCT LMS will appear on your myWebCT page. Late registrants will be given access usually within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday.
