Financial Information - Scholarships

Union County offers a wide variety of scholarship to help our students achieve their educational goals. Last year, UCC awarded over $1,000,000 in scholarships to our students. But you can not take advantage of this opportunity if you do not apply.

Scholarships are a form of financial aid that does not have to be repaid and we have over a hundred scholarships available to students each year. Each scholarship has different criteria and there are scholarships available for almost any student. Scholarships criteria can be based on GPA, major, high school, city, community service, etc.

The Scholarship Application is the application for all of these scholarships. Some scholarships require that you complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order to be eligible. If you are a first time Freshman, please also complete the Freshman Scholarship Application and provide your official high school transcript once you graduate.

Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis throughout the year. We will begin reviewing scholarship applications for the 2009-2010 academic year once Spring 2009 grades are processed and we will continue reviewing applications through March 2010.
