This is to notify UCC students of an important change regarding the distribution of final grades. Starting with the Fall 2007 semester and continuing with all future terms, UCC will no longer mail paper grade reports. All students must go online to view their grades. At the same time, professors are entering all grades online as well. Most colleges nationwide have instituted online grading in recent years.
Students must go to e-services at https://e-services.ucc.edu/ and log in at the “Enter Student Services” link towards the top of the page. From there, you will be prompted for your Student ID number (Campus-Wide ID number or your Social Security number) and PIN (date of birth in MMDDYY format, unless you have previously changed it yourself).
When you go to e-services, select “Grades” under “Student Records” on the left hand side of the page. You will see your courses, the grade, the number of credits earned for each course and your GPA for the semester. Beneath that you will see your aggregate credits earned and cumulative GPA.
Your grades for every semester will be accessible online throughout your academic career at Union County College. To view grades from previous semesters, click on “Unofficial Transcript” from the “Student Records” menu at the top of the page. Please be aware that your grades will not be posted until a few days after you take your final exam, and grades for all of your courses might not be posted all at once. You can print your own grades if you need a copy, or if you need an official copy for employer reimbursement of tuition or a similar reason, please contact the Office of Records and Registration on any campus.
Please address any questions regarding retrieval of grades to registrar@ucc.edu. If you have any questions about the actual grade you received in the course, you must contact your professor.
