Welcome to the Center for Student Success at Union County College.
We're glad you're here! It gives us the opportunity to tell you about the Center and of the services we provide to first year students.

Who we are ... Our comprehensive support system consisting of student, faculty, librarian, tutor, mentor and counselor is designed to establish a solid foundation of academic success skills that will help our students throughout their college career.
Where we are ... The Center for Student Success is a college-wide program with offices on the Cranford and Elizabeth campuses. For information on our services and how we can help you achieve your goals, please call (908) 709-7461 or (908) 709-7460.
How we can help you ... We are proud of the fact that the Center for Student Success is committed to helping UCC students attain academic success. We strive to accomplish this by providing our first year students with:
- Learning Communities, whereby designated sections of UCC 101 (the First Year Seminar course) are paired with sections of developmental math, developmental English and English composition for speakers of other languages.
- Tutoring with their own designated tutor, provided at no additional cost
- Academic, career and personal counseling with their own designated counselor
- Ongoing, one-on-one communication with course instructors
Please visit us or call 908.709.7460 with any questions. We are here for you!
