   Student Services - Athletic Advising
Intercollegiate team sports are available to students at the College. Once a student has been identified as a prospective or current student athlete by the respective team coach, the student athletic counselor will provide academic and personal counseling throughout the student athlete's academic career at the college.  While academic achievement remains the major focus of the counseling services, special tracking occurs during Fall and Spring semesters to ensure that athletes are academically performing. Information provided via the Academic/Attendance Progress Reports, designed to enhance a student's progress, is shared with the Athletic Director and the team's coach.

Tutoring and other support services (word processors, computerized tutorials, Internet access and e-mail), designed to support academic excellence, are available in the Academic Learning Centers located on each of the college campuses.  Student athletes are strongly encouraged to avail themselves of all counseling and supplemental support services offered by the college to enhance their academic success. For more information, students should contact the Student Development Specialist/Student Athletic Counselor on the Cranford campus of UCC.
