RESCHEDULING
:

Administrative cancellations occur when inclement weather or other uncontrollable factors arise. In these cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the games.

AWARDS
:

Each member of the Championship team from the original roster will receive an ICAL Championship Trophy or medal. A group photo of the team will be taken after the championship game and placed on the ICAL Web Page.

PLAYER REGISTRATION FEE:
All players participating in our leagues, will have to pay a player registration fee in order to play.  Player fee varies depending on the sport. Those who fail to pay their individual registration fee by the proposed Website Due Date will NOT be allowed to play.
Teams captains are responsible for collecting all past due amounts from their players and are asked to enforce this rule with no exceptions. Those teams, whose players continue to play without pay, will be FINED a proposed amount and may be subject to a forfeit if team captains knowingly ignored this rule.

ROSTER NAME AND CHANGES:
The Intramural Staff will assign a team name if the captain signs their team up without a team name or an inappropriate name. A team's name must not be offensive to any groups or individuals in any manner. College policy prohibits the use of obscene or derogatory team names. Team names will be changed by the Intramural staff if deemed inappropriate.
