• You must be enrolled in UCC's EIPDC to take the EIPA
• You need to email or call to schedule your appointment for the EIPA

Once you have finished the EIPA, it is sent to the EIPA Center, Boystown, Omaha, Nebraska for diagnostics.  A copy of your Diagnostic Report will be sent to the EIPDC and directly to your home in approximately 60-90 days.  Please contact the center for an appointment if you would like to establish a Professional Skills Development Plan.
