• You must be enrolled in UCC's EIPDC to take the EIPA
• You need to call to schedule your appointment for the EIPA

Once you have finished the EIPA, it is sent to the EIPA Center, Boystown, Omaha, Nebraska for diagnostics.  A copy of your Diagnostic Report will be sent to the EIPDC and directly to your home in approximately 45-60 days.  Please contact the center for an appointment if you would like to establish a Professional Skills Development Plan.
