is your fondest memory so far at Union?: The
first time a Doctor acted on my clinical assessment, and all of the wonderful,
like-minded people I have met.
fact about yourself: I
hate "British" Football (Soccer) but I am an avid Rugby fan. Studied
Tae Kwon Do for 20 years, I have One Gold, and Two Bronze medals from the
southern open championships in the UK. I have an Associates Degree in
Hospitality and Management Food Preparation and cooking from the UK, in other
words I am a fully qualified chef. I am not English, I am Welsh/British (take
your pick as to which is more interesting).
is the biggest adjustment you had to make coming to college?: Going to a different
education system after so many years out of college, I am still not used to
taking exams that are fully multiple choice.
or further education Goals: I am currently aiming for my Bachelors, whilst thinking about
