STEP 1: APPLY FOR ADMISSION
Fill out the application here. The deadline to apply for fall is June 1 and for spring is November 1.
Within the hour, you will receive an email (to the email address you provided on your application) with your user name, login, and student ID number.
STEP 2: SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH OUR INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADVISOR
Contact our International Student Advisor, Paul Belmonte email@example.com, to schedule an appointment to review additional requirements for applying as an F-1 visa applicant.
Required documents and fee:
- $250 Registration Fee – The Fee will be deducted from your tuition after registration
- Affidavit of Support
- Translated previous high school and college transcripts
- Documentation of current visa status
- Submission of previous I-20’s for current F-1 visa students transferring from another college
- Copy of a valid passport (if applicable)
- I-94 Port of Entry record (if applicable)
- Completed USDOJ I-134 Affidavit of Support
- Copy of sponsor’s tax return and W2’s for the previous year
- Three (3) months of sponsor’s bank statements
STEP 3: TAKE THE PLACEMENT TEST
You must take the placement test unless you are exempt. Placement tests are walk-in (no appointments) and FREE. Visit HERE for placement testing locations and hours. As an international student, you may be exempt from testing based on any of the criteria listed here.
STEP 4: REGISTER FOR CLASSES
Register for your classes in Student Planning:
- After logging in, click on “Go to Plan & Schedule” and search for your courses
- If you have questions about how to navigate Student Planning, please click here for further instructions
To change your schedule:
- You can add or remove classes until 11:59pm on the day before classes start
- You will not be charged for classes dropped prior to the start of the semester
- Classes dropped after the start of the semester are subject to the College’s refund policy
STEP 5: PAY FOR CLASSES
Click on ‘Student Finance.’ There, you can:
- See your outstanding balance
- See how much financial aid has been approved
- Make payment by credit card or check
- Set up a payment plan
If you are not able to pay online, please report to a Student Services Center on any campus to make your payment.
