CRANFORD – Union County College’s Office of Continuing Education will be offering a course to prepare individuals to take the New Jersey sales/licensing exam to become a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey.
This 75-hour course meets the New Jersey Real Estate Commission requirements for the New Jersey sales/ licensing examination. Topics include property interests, mortgages, deeds, title closing, liens, real estate law and ethics, agency relationships, and real estate calculations. The class will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays starting on February 5 and running through May 9. It will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the College’s Scotch Plains campus. The cost of the course is $495 and includes the fee for the textbook.
