Prepare to Work in Real Estate Sales in New Jersey Through Union County College

CRANFORD – The Office of Continuing Education at Union County College will be offering a course to prepare individuals to take the New Jersey sales/licensing exam to become a licensed real estate agent in the state.

This 75-hour course meets the education requirements of the Real Estate Commission for the sales/licensing exam. The course will cover property interests, mortgages, deeds, title closing, liens, real estate law and ethics, agency relationships, and real estate calculations. The course will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the College’s Scotch Plains location at 1700 Raritan Road. It will begin on February 11 and will end on May 15. The cost of the course is $495 and includes the cost of the textbook.
