Dr. Mahua De is a Senior Professor in the Institute for Intensive English. She enjoys teaching composition to second language learners and is also interested in exploring the role of CALL (Computer Aided Language Learning) in second language acquisition. She has helped to organize various college wide events as a co-coordinator of the College Novel Committee and has actively encouraged her students to participate and present at these events. Dr. De has a Master’s degree in Comparative Literature from Jadavpur University, India, a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Kean University, and an Ed. D in Language Education from Rutgers University.
