Administrative Assistant Jenny Guzman-Tes knows every nook and cranny of the Cranford Campus. Her primary role in the Registrar’s office is scheduling a classroom or laboratory for every credit class. Throughout her 23-year career at Union, she has built a great deal of acclaim for her impeccable attention to detail and for being meticulously well organized. She says the key to successful room scheduling is “matching the program to the classroom space so that students are in an environment that is most conducive to learning.” Enrollment increases have made room scheduling more challenging, but not impossible. She says she appreciates the “high level of cooperation I have received over the years from faculty.” Ms. Guzman-Tes has a bachelor’s degree from Kean University.
