Marci MacGregor, known to students as “Professor Mac,” is an associate professor of English at Union County College. She teaches all levels of the Introduction to Writing Skills and Reading Skills courses. She also teaches English Composition I and Composition II. Most of Professor MacGregor’s students are in their first year at the College, and she feels it is her responsibility to help them overcome the difficulties and challenges they may face in developmental English courses. Professor MacGregor’s goal is to show her students the importance of being able to read and write well for professional success beyond the academic world. Professor MacGregor has a bachelor of arts from East Carolina University and a master of arts from Rutgers University.
