EOF Applications

Students interested in the EOF program must complete ONE of the applications below:

• 2026 EOF Summer Program Application (Incoming first-year student only)
  • This application is for incoming freshmen at UCNJ who are interested in participating in the EOF pre-first-year Summer Program.
• 2025-26 EOF Academic Year Application
  • This application is for currently enrolled UCNJ students or students who are transferring to UCNJ.

Required documentation:

• • Proof of high school completion (High school transcript or diploma)
  Note for current high school seniors:  You are encouraged to apply even if you have not yet graduated. A current high school transcript is acceptable at the time of application. Final proof of graduation will be required prior to enrollment

Important Notes…

• Space is limited. Applicants will not be considered until the submission of all requested documents.
• Upon submission of all requested documents, your application will be reviewed by a committee for interview consideration.
• If selected for an interview, you will be called or emailed for an interview with an EOF Advisor.
