The Union College Human Resources Department works in partnership with managers and their teams, with individual employees, and with other groups to provide programs and services that create a work environment of employee empowerment and involvement in the mission of the college. Our core values of customer orientation, continuous improvement, teamwork, and achieving results are woven into every aspect of human resource management.
Union College offers open access to high quality, affordable academic programs, including associate degree and certificate programs. We are committed to excellence in teaching and learning and provide academic preparation for transfer to four-year institutions, career preparation for entry into high-demand occupational fields, developmental coursework, and lifelong learning opportunities.
