The goal of the department is to design, implement and maintain a program of assessment, planning and research consistent with the mission, goals and objectives of the College for the purposes of institutional management, policy formulation, decision-making, evaluation, accountability and development.

The department’s top objective is to provide timely and accurate information to our community of stakeholders as well as external agencies (e.g., the New Jersey Office of the Secretary of Higher Education, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and the US Department of Education) to fulfill mandated reporting requirements.
