The Media Services Booking Request Form is available to staff, faculty, and students for approved College use. All requests should be submitted two business days in advance of the event. For requests from external organizations, please submit the Outside Group Facilities Request Form.

The Facilities Use Request Form is for outside organizations that wish to hold an event at UCNJ. Within the application, information is provided pertaining to available venues, services, and rental fees.
