UCNJ Student Outreach Privacy Policy
The following guidelines apply to Web sites and mobile applications maintained by UCNJ:
UCNJ values individuals’ privacy and actively seeks to preserve the privacy rights of those who share information with us. Your trust is important to us, and we believe you have the right to know how information submitted through our Web site is handled.
We do not collect any personal information unless you provide it to us or authorize its release to us. When you engage with content on our web site, you may be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, address and other details such as a telephone number. This information is used to process registration, share our services and answer questions and feedback. UCNJ does not give, sell or transfer any personal information about our online visitors, except as required by law.
As a general rule, the College does not track individual visitor profiles. We do, however, analyze aggregate traffic/access information for marketing campaign effectiveness measurement, resource management and site planning purposes.
Our Privacy Policy does not extend to other websites you visit when leaving the UCNJ website or app. There are links on the UCNJ website and App that send users to an external website. UCNJ is not accountable for any external violations that occur on these external websites.
