Accessing Connection
- Call Cisco Unity Connection
- From your office phone:
- Dial 5555, or
- Press the Messages button on your phone
- From your office phone:
- You will hear the Default Voicemail Announcement and ask to set up your personal greeting, voicemail PIN, etc.
- The Default PIN is 1234 and will need to be changed to a minimum 4-digit personal PIN. This PIN is set to never expire.
- To listen to your messages you can either hit the Messages button on your phone or dial 5555.
- If you are calling from another phone from on or off campus, press the star (*) key when Cisco Unity Connection answers.
- If prompted, enter you Connection ID (your 10 digit office phone extension), and then press pound (#).
- Enter your password and press pound (#).
