About Dr. Smalls, Director of the Business Center
Donovan A. Smalls, Ed.D., M.B.A., is the Director of Business Center at UCNJ. With over 25 years of business experience, Dr. Smalls’ career spans working for a Wall Street Brokerage firm, the Federal Communications Commission, and endeavors in entrepreneurship. Dr. Smalls’ experiences also include 7-plus years in higher education teaching business courses and developing and managing business programs. His specialty is business plan development and managing start-ups.
