THE WIBC can assist employers in pre-screening candidates and coordinating job interviews. The screening is accomplished on a one-on-one basis with job-seekers and also through information sessions in an effort to find the right candidates for the right positions for our client companies.
Furthermore, chosen candidates are then scheduled for interviews directly with the employer.
