Why Women 100 Project? Because According to the Daily Excelsior, “women’s education increases income of women and leads to growth in GDP. Other effects are related to social development. Educating girls leads to a number of social benefits, including many related to women’s empowerment” – therefore, empowering OUR women is critical to the success of our community and nation. Additionally, UCNJ’s student population is made up of 60% of female students. Due to the significant population of female students at the College, the Foundation and community leaders have developed the Women 100 Project. This fund will assist our female students and provide them endless opportunities for a successful future.
